Hmm, well, Theleb wasn't saying that certain mods won't work on your save file. He was talking about general modding practice. Sometimes if a save becomes too defendant on too many mods, uninstalling those mods in favor of new ones becomes pretty much impossible. It's like adding a ton of content to your game and then tearing it out, which can obviously cause problems. That's what he was talking about when he mentioned nuking your saves. It's all rather boring and complicated so I'm not going to go into specifics. Just keep backups of your saves from before you used those saves with mods, and you'll be fine. The saves that the 360 version uses will be imported just fine onto the PC version. These are saves that are associated with no mods we call them vanilla saves and will therefore be compatible with any mod that is compatible with official content, which is virtually all of them. Some mods may not play nicely if you have, say, Dragonborn or Dawnguard installed. Some mods won't be compatible with existing saves, but require a new character. All that varies from mod to mod and will be noted on the download page of the mod in question. In short -- you're golden. Your 360 saves that you import will be as compatible with mods as any other PC save.
